Bear Creek Commencement Information Creek Commencement Information<p>​<span style="color:#3366ff;font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:13.32px;background-color:#ffffff;">Bear Creek Commencement will take place on Thursday, June 25th, 1:00 p.m. (arrival 12 p.m. for students) at  the Georgian College Gymnasium</span>​. Tickets will be distributed towards at the beginning of June.</p>
Working Together To Support Our Children presentation on May 7 Together To Support Our Children presentation on May 7 <p class="x_MsoNormal">​<span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"arial","sans-serif";color:black;">Dr. Bruce Ferguson will focus on how the community, school and family can work together to support children as they develop and grow into healthy citizens. This event will be free to parents and takes place on May 7 in the evening at Liberty North in Barrie. Language i</span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"arial","sans-serif";">nterpretation services will be available.</span></p>
Summer School registration now open School registration now open<p class="x_MsoNormal">​<strong><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"arial","sans-serif";color:black;"></span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"arial","sans-serif";color:black;">This year, the eLearning summer options have been expanded to include Grade 10 Civics and Careers, Grade 12 English, Grade 12 Chemistry and Families in Canada. Also offered is the opportunity for students to travel and earn credits with the summer EduTravel program or to experience camp at the YMCA's Geneva Park location while earning leadership credits. Online registration for current SCDSB students is available through the student portal.</span></p>

Tickets are $75/person</span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"arial",sans-serif;color:black;"> and</span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:"arial",sans-serif;color:#2e75b6;"> go on sale May 1<sup>st</sup>.</span></p>
